Ms Ndivhuwo Manyonga is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Sanlam and member of the Risk and Compliance Committee and member-elect of the Audit, Actuarial and Finance Committee.
Ms Manyonga is the CEO of Federated Employers Mutual (RF) Proprietary Limited (FEM), chairs the FEM Education Foundation and is a Director of the FEM Trust and the FEM Construction Industry Loan Fund. She also serves on FEM’s Risk and Compliance Committee, the Social and Ethics Committee and the Investment Committee.
Ms Manyonga holds a BBusSc Hons in Actuarial Sciences and PGDip in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town as well as a Diploma in Actuarial Techniques from the Faculty and Institute of Actuaries, a Certificate in Board Leadership from University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, a Certificate of Competence in Enterprise Risk Management from Alexander Forbes Risk Services. She is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa.
