Ms Nondumo is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Sanlam and member of the Audit, Actuarial and Finance Committee, Risk and Compliance Committee, Human Resources and Remuneration Committee, Nominations Committee and the Chair of the Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee.
Ms Nondumo is an entrepreneur in the industrial and investments sectors. Her career includes executive roles at Vodacom’s Business, Mergers & Acquisitions and CEO of AWCA Investment Holdings Limited. Ms Nondumo serves on various other boards and governance forums, including Harmony Gold Mining Company, and the MTN Group operating companies in Swaziland, Zambia, Uganda and Rwanda.
Ms Nondumo is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and holds a BAcc degree from the University of Natal and HDip in Accounting from Wits University.
